* The Hemp Beverage Alliance is a a 501(c)(6) organization that engages in state-level lobbying activities to advocate for policies that benefit our members' interests. Fifty percent of membership dues are allocated towards these lobbying efforts, which are not tax-deductible. Lobbying activities include but are not restricted to the use of contract lobbyists, communications firms, and other consultants.
