SERVING SIZE — The marketplace currently offers a wide-variety of serving sizes for hemp-derived THC. This can cause significant confusion for the consumer, retailer, and distributor. The Hemp Beverage Alliance recommends serving size to be 10mg of THC or less.
REGULATORY CLARITY — In the absence of federal oversight, individual states must create regulatory frameworks that protect consumers and encourage commerce.
MARKETPLACE CONSISTENCY — The Hemp Beverage Alliance strongly encourages state governments to work together to create clear guidelines that are consistent across state lines.
